Someone is taking the whole “reduce, reuse, recycle” thing into their own hands. Or their own car. I am guessing they are handicapped from some sort of circulatory problem resulting from excess junk cutting off blood flow to the lower extremities or perhaps from the rats which undoubtedly live at the bottom of this mess nibbling away at their feet.
