Dear God:
Why do you let this happen? I thought you were all powerful, almighty, and ubiquitous. But for me to believe this, I need to understand why you allow this atrocity to exist:
If those are real breasts, God, then perhaps you should quit allowing your humans to be manufactured by the 5 year old hands of sweatshop workers who clearly have not the maturity or sense to speak up to you about your decline in the design of human form.
And if they are fake breasts, God, then why must they be so awful? Are we allowing too many foreign medical graduates to operate in this country? Maybe we should start thinking about higher standards for the medical licensing exam. After all, if someone can botch up breast surgery this bad, imagine what they can do to the parts that matter?
