					<description>So. They won't let you leave your car there for an hour, but they gave you the option to leave your car there for 5 day's before they'd spend 10 minutes changing your tire??? WTF is up with that?</description>

					<description>yeah Alexander mini (where i got my lease) is very friendly.  granted, the picture taking opportunities are a little more limited than 3rd street etc but their customer service is great.    one thing they offered was a flatbed truck will come by and even pick up your car -- if you can live without it for a couple of days that's an option.

  by the way, when i purchased my car,  the salesman showed me a museum/work-in-progress that i guess Mr Ted is building around the corner.

					<description>I hate South Bay MINI so much I think it would be less painful to put the MINI in the Pacific than get it fixed there. I've never tried to get it serviced there, though, just buying it from them was as unpleasant an experience as I could want.</description>
