While I do not like to discourage the ambitious from their Xtreme sportage, dragging your buddy behind your bike on a dog leash seems just a little stupid.

We used to do that kind of thing when we were, oh I don’t know, 7 or 8 years old. It was fun then, as a (ahem) 30ish guy, I’ll leave that to the kids (and these dudes)
