I am demonstrating my fashion ignorance

by letting everyone know that I don’t understand this look at all. Since half of the women on the westside are doing it, there must be some redeeming quality, but I can’t find it. I am fashion backward.

    Are you sure that’s LA? Those legs are awfully pale. That’s the kind of skin tone we see up here in the sunless northwest.
