Today’s workout

I’m going to try something new, and post my workouts online to keep me honest. This is entirely self-serving and you need not read it (at all).

1 mile run
20 rounds of
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 bodyweight squats
1 mile run

  1. 20 rounds of?? You do 100 pull-ups and 100 push-ups and 75 squats plus run two miles in about 45 minutes??? That’s some scary pace. By bodyweight squats do mean just using your bodyweight or do you have a bar with equivalent bodyweight in weights on it? It sounds like madness.

  2. It ends up being 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats (just your bodyweight, no bar). I’m sore today.

  3. I just barfed from exhaustion after reading that. Makes my half hour four mile sprints sound pathetic.
