for the love of crossfit

My ankle is improving and I did a full workout yesterday (woo hoo!). If you’re wondering why I started posting online, it’s because I do crossfit workouts and they have quite the online community which encourages you to do “prescribed” workouts of the day and post your times. So I’m just branching out and spreading the crossfit love to my own blog. Here goes.

10 dumbbell thrusters 20# dumbbells
12 sit-ups

bonus happy ending:
as many push-ups as possible in 1 minute: 43
as many pull-ups as possible in 1 minute: 22 (I was really tired by then)
