sunday workout
I am still trying to do a set of 30 pull-ups (without coming off the bar). I have to do it by Saturday or I will be very upset.
Today’s attempt: 26
As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 min
15 dumbbell cleans with 15# dumbbells
21 jumping pull ups
total rounds: 5 (and a half, I finished a set of cleans)
Legs don’t work anymore. My quads are so rubbery that I could hardly climb up to the bar to do the jumping pull-ups. This sounded a lot easier than it was. Whenever they tell us to do cleans, I think “sure, I can clean that,” completely forgetting that there is that extra squat with 30# on your shoulders at the end of each clean. My poor legs. They are trembling at the thought of going into the gym again.
