gym shut down early
But I did not.
I went to the gym all ready to workout only to find it was closed down early for Thanksgiving. DOH! So I did my own home workout in my living room. It was pain. Sheer pain.

Wikipedia’s definition of the burpee, though the Crossfit burpee is actually what they call a “super burpee!” Whatever.
Some people call it the Prison Workout because it takes up so little space and apparently was developed in some maximum security prison somewhere.
I hope I never go to prison.

I know you’re a workout maniac but, for one brief second, I was hoping you took a day off and actually went home and did as many belches (burps) as possible in a minute. I knew better - but it was still funny to imagine.
