Today at the gym we did “Angie,” one of the Crossfit “girls” workouts. I’ve never done it before, but today I did it despite (mother fucking) menstrual cramps. So here we go:

Got my FIRST EVER Crossfit rip today on pull-up #91. I haven’t had one of these babies in a good 10 years. It’s a small one, so no biggie, but it sure brings back the memories of chalky gymnastics days.
