Warm up: 1200m run
3 rounds: 10 shoulder press (20# dumbbells)/20 arch rocks/15 squats/10 pushups

Deadlift:
7x 95#
5x 115#
3x 135#
2x 155#
2x 165#
1X 175#
1x 185#
1x 190#
1x 195#

According to the people watching, my form was starting to come apart around 190#. I’ll keep working on it. This is far above my PR at 180#. I don’t know what my form was like then because no one commented that day.
