freezing cold beach workout

The gym has an abbreviated schedule this week, so we went and did our own workout at the beach. It’s sort of a half-Angie with some running. Unfortunately it was 50 degrees and very windy. But we stuck with it. Forgot the stop watch - IDIOT!

50 pull-ups

50 decline push-ups (feet on 18 inch wall)

50 sit-ups (feet anchored)

50 squats
