I brought my sister to the gym today for her first Crossfit workout ever. It was a doozy, but she kept up and did a great job. Go sister!
TABATA = 8 rounds of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest, which sounds so much easier than it actually is. Your score is the lowest number of reps you did in the 20 seconds, so even if you did 20 in the first round, if you did 3 in the last round, then your score is 3 (sucks!)
