oh great, now my e-mail address is in debt

Well it’s no wonder he’s not getting paid, he’s sending the bills to me. That would explain a lot, wouldn’t it?

Dear Steve and Lisa,

As you know we agreed to administer the payments on instalments, however we have looked through accounts and notice that no payments have been paid during 2006/7 and also know we have a new one due, we there for respectfully request full outstanding payment, thank you to your assistance this matter.

Also I have pleasure in enclosing a copy of our contract with you, that stems back to May of 2004, as you will appreciate that was the first month that we actually started working on this project, the first publication wasn’t printed until May 2005, she checked back on your accounts will see that you successfully paid for that 12 month period.

The second publication was printed in June of 2006 and lasted throughout the balance of that year and the whole of last year 2007, we are now in our third and final contract term, we obviously hope that we can do more business review the future, however we will be concentrating from 2009 on the Internet, and would love to help you towards that end.

  1. Wow. Bob might be an accountant (or whatever he is) but he sure as hell isn’t an English teacher. He sentence structure and punctuation sucks.
