as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
5 pull-ups (kipping)
10 push-ups (toes)
15 squats (to the medicine ball)
total rounds: 16
I did this back on 5/22/07 which was about 6 weeks into Crossfit. My score then was 10. I think I could have done a bit better today but I’ve been sick and I wasn’t feeling so hot. Also I ate a bunch of frozen yogurt before the workout which made me want to puke, but I couldn’t resist. The yogurt place was called CALI, YOgurt. I mean, what a name!
My sister has been coming with me to Crossfit for two weeks now. She’s already kicking a lot of ass. I mean a LOT. Making me look bad.
