a note
A few months ago, I did Murph, one of the CrossFit workouts. At my gym you had to do all of the exercises in a row to be marked down for the leaderboard. However today I was reading the CrossFit description of Murph and they say you can partition it as you like. This really should have no meaning to me, but for some reason it makes me feel a lot better about myself. Yay for ME.
