I hurt my back on Wednesday, so I downgraded my kettlebell from the usual 16kg to 12kg to try to save my back. Let’s say running is not my strong point. This means this working BLOWS. I was struggling to stay upright. There was a man walking in a business suit simultaneously text messaging his buddy on his Blackberry, and here I am huffing and puffing and “running” and I could barely pass him. That was the low point, I’d have to say. I couldn’t even remember my own name.
