What exactly happened here? Ran out of hair dye? Couldn’t decide.

This looks like those cholo ponytails, but then it’s got Britney Spears hiding out underneath. I give it two thumbs down.

  2. This is a current favourite here in the UK, but in reverse with the blond on top and dark underneath, and they shag cut the blond to look like a spiky cap.
