weightlifting wednesday (ugh)

Everyone else did the Colleen and Jerk but I’m avoiding any jumping and landing till about May so I did:

AMRAP 7 min (15# dumbbells)
1 weighted squat
3 shoulder press

22 rounds

Then everyone else did the Nancy but I can’t run so I did the rowing Nancy and I only did 4 rounds because I’m trying not to overdo it and I thought I was going to puke. I could not get into the groove of the overhead squats until round 3, when I could finally do all 15 in one set, at which point the room started spinning and I started to feel terrible.
