10 push-ups
10 KB swings (12kg)

3 rounds + row/pull-ups

I’ve done 174 pull-ups in the last 24 hours and my hands are not happy with me. Not happy at all.

  7. Mal, get some New-Skin, or another liquid bandage. They kick ass. A pumice stone, if you don’t have one already, is a cheap thing for rip prevention.

    I’ve heard soaking a rip immediately in salt water will help it cure within about 48 hours, but it stings like a bitch.

  8. Yeah I used to be a gymnast so these were pretty commonplace. Salt water works GREAT.
