This was my first time doing a real live snatch, the other times I’d done snatch balance or hang power snatch or heaving snatch whatever. So I was really excited and scared to try it, and it was actually going not so bad, I think I was getting the movement down okay by the second around, but some time during that second set of 5 I tweaked my shoulder and got a really sharp pain whenever I put my arm overhead. I thought maybe I just needed to stretch and readjust and keep moving but it got worse, so by the 3rd set I stopped and threw an ice pack on there. I hate my body.
