104 reps of each in random order/sets according to the deck of hell. Andy would pull out a card at random and we’d have to do the corresponding exercise, number of reps determined by the card (Jack=11, Queen=12, King=13, Ace=14)
Hearts = burpees (from toes)
Diamonds = squats
Clubs = sit-ups
Spades = birdpickers (both legs)
Jokers = 200m sprint
For a total of 104 reps of each.
