In other news, I climbed the rope with no feet! Cill told me she thought I could do it, so I got up there to prove her wrong and ended up getting to the top. Whoa.
Today was fun. I’ve never done a heavy split jerk, as far as I can remember (that’s what she said!) so this was new and a bit scary. I started to freak out about throwing that bar above my head. Something about self-preservation. But I lifted more than my bodyweight, which is what I was going for. Yay for me.
I would also like to take this time to mention the jerk since we’re talking about jerks. Remember that person at my gym that really pissed me off for a while? Well I successfully avoided him for about 3 months and was feeling good about that, but he’s resurfaced and in the past 2 weeks has already made snide and rude comments to my sister and friend about how much more advanced he is than them, how his workouts are harder, and now theirs are too easy for him. Are you fucking kidding me? I want to vote him off the island.

I found this site called http://URAjerk.com maybe you can use it. It seems to help get me through the issues of dealing with some of the jerks I know. At least I can vent about these jerks, plus I get a kick out of sending them some cards.
