The main problem here is that I’ve had some weird stomach shit (literally) going on for the past few days, and I haven’t eaten a meal since Saturday and I’ve had trouble keeping food down. So my goal for this workout was to make it through without either vomiting or exploding from the other end before I finished. I did not feel well most of the time and started to get dizzy and chills about 3 minutes in. I definitely could have gone heavier, especially with the dumbbells, but was trying to avoid increasing any intra-abdominal pressure too much which would inevitably lead so some sort of disaster.
