I’m doing fine. May of 2008 by chance I made contact with a lady I graduated from Mt Carmel with and she has made a big difference in my life in many ways. I am more at peace and happier than I can ever remember being.

I am getting the usual run around nonsense from Duane! This is getting old fast. I call him on his cell, IF he picks up he gives the old song and dance routine about him trying and he is not a bad guy and I tell him that it’s not about any of that… Where are the promised payments? Not to mention the Towing contracts (1512-000 & *001) that were supposed to be paid off by now. We are bending over backwards to work with him but he wants to do things his own way which is not going to work.
It is obvious to me that he is not going to make the August payments by month end. Please keep this in mind so you are prepared to cover these payments.

So I’m getting all sorts of great emails. Probably about 3 per day. I feel like this sounds important, so someone’s business isn’t getting taken care of:

The check was cashed and they did receive it. I sent out another paymen on yesterday and they should get it Thursday or Friday I use my online bank of america account to send it. I am scheduled to meet with my Doctor on 10/7 and if all goes well which I hope it does I will be released to return to work. I will still have to do out patient therapy for 6-9 months but at least I can resume work again. The guy from New World never mentioned anything about Astra making payments. I am in rehab now on a public kiosk checking emails I am unable to get service in this building on my cell phone.

Rob just did a CBP for the July payments on 5265-001 & 5265-002. He said he is trying to get the funds together for the 5265-000 contract – it is a larger payment amount. He said he may be able to do it later today if not it should be tomorrow.
There was no text with this, just a bunch of photos. I have never met these people in my life.
But this time I got THIS in my inbox. They were photos! From someone I don’t know! The text said merely:

Alice, Ms Carillo wanted me to ask you in private, if you would give the kids their shots from now on. I told her that there was only the two of you and it is not always possible for you to give them but she said that they were willing to wait for however long to get you. She said that Veronica hurt the kids and went alot slower giving the shots. I just told her that I would bring it to your attention. Thanks

We didn’t get your message until 9:00 last night and I thought it would be too late to call. Dinner for your grads must have been nice. I just wanted to let you know that you should receive your DVD either on Wednesday or Thursday. Also we mailed your package on Tuesday and you should receive it within a week. We sent it 1st class and are requiring confirmation of delivery. I insured it for $600, and I hope it makes it to you in perfect condition. I sent your slip and bra because there was room in the package. I sent 2 picture frames, 1 picture, 1 blanket, 1 hand soap dispenser and grandma’s quilt. Kim, I am wondering what you would like for your birthday?

it is dramatic AND in all caps. The woman is clearly very upset about what happened, and I love that she wants to send it back. I am considering hitting reply and saying “yes, please send it back. Book rate is fine.”

I HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH YOU AND FAMILY. I AM SORRYI DO NOT HAVE VERY GOOD NEWS TO GIVE YOU. II RECEIVED THE FOOD YOU SENT, BUT IT IS NOT EATABLE. UPS CAME ON THURSDAY DURING THE DAY, I DID NOT GET HOME UNTIL 5:30PM THAT DAY. THERE WAS A NOTE ON THE DOOR THAT THEY HAD ATTEMPTED A DELIVERY AND WOULD TRY AGAIN THE FOLLOWING DAY BETWEEN 2-4PM. I CALLED THEM THE FOLLOWING DAY AND TOLD THEM I WOULD NOT BE HOME BETWEEN 2-4PM ON FRIDAY, WOULD THEY DELIVER IT EARLIER. THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT, THAT IT WAS OUT ON THE TRUCK. I LET THEM KNOW THAT I WOULD LEAVE THE SLIP SIGNED AND TO LEAVE IT WITH MY NEIGHBOR. WHEN I ARRIVED HOME AT 4:30 PM. AND, OPENED THE BOX, THERE WAS NO TRACE OF ICE IN THE BOX, THE FOOD WAS COMPLETELY THAUGHT OUT, NOT EVEN REFRIGERATOR COOL TO TOUCH. WHEN I LIFTED THE BAGS THEY HAD BURSTED, NO AIR PREASURE IN THE BAGS, THE FLUID DROPPED ALL OVER THE KITCHEN FLOOR. THERE WAS BLOOD FROM THE LAMB AND ALL THE FUILD FROM THE SCALLAPOS AND SO ON EVERYWHERE.
THE FOOD IS NOT EATABLE, IT SHOULD PROBABLY NOT HAVE BEEN SENT REQUIRING MY SIGNATURE, BECAUSE THAT DELAYED THE DELIVERY. IF THEY WOULD HAVE LEFT IT ON MY FRONT DOOR ON THRUSDAY, I COULD HAVE PUT IT IN THE FREEZER THEN, AND IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DELIVERED A DAY LATER.

All of a sudden today I got a flood of wrong mail. I’m feeling sort of bad for Mary, she’s really going to miss out!
Hi Mary, your mom gave me your email address. The reason I am writing is Steve and I bought concert tickets to a Lincoln Brewster concert that is going to be at our church on May 30. But then we found out that we have something else that night! The concert sold out in a week, so I know it’s going to be great (maybe you can google him if you think you might like to go but would like to know more about him). We have four tickets available. I hope you can make use of them!
Also maybe your mom told you; Lauren is in town this coming up weekend and we’re hosting a dinner at our house on Sunday afternoon/evening (4/20). You and Miguel are on the “in” list of course! I guess he’s back with us flat-landers again, eh? TTFN, Jess
